Hi, I'm Chris. Sweet Pea Hospitality is a small, owner-run collection of short-term stays in San Jose, California. These are not anonymous units run by a faceless management company. They are homes I know inside out, look after personally, and am proud to share.

Our places range from charming Spanish-revival bungalows near downtown and San Jose State to bright, modern suites wired with gigabit fiber for anyone in town for work. Whatever brings you to the South Bay, the goal is the same: a clean, comfortable, genuinely welcoming place to land.

When you book direct, your questions reach me, not a call center. I aim to make check-in effortless, the home spotless, and the little things, like where to park and the best taco within walking distance, easy to figure out.
