What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. You're welcome to drop off luggage inside the unit after 1 PM on arrival day, and you can leave bags inside after check-out to grab later if that helps.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
We're not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaning team needs the full window to get the home ready for you and the next guest. The luggage drop-off and pickup option above is the way we make travel days easier.
Is parking available?
Yes. Most of our homes include dedicated parking, and each listing notes exactly what's available. A heads-up for our 1125 Sherman homes: Sherman Street is swept on the third Friday of each month from 8 AM to 12 PM, so move your car off that block beforehand to avoid a ticket.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome with prior approval. There's a one-time $30 pet fee for dogs. Just let us know the breed and weight when you book. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
Can I smoke at the property?
Our homes are completely smoke-free, indoors and out, including patios and backyards. Thanks for respecting the space and our neighbors.
Can I host a party or event?
No parties or events, please. These are homes in residential neighborhoods, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the people next door.
How many guests can stay?
Each home has its own maximum occupancy, listed on the property page. Please don't exceed it, the cap keeps everyone comfortable and keeps us in good standing with the neighborhood.
Do you offer discounts?
Longer stays get an automatic discount: book seven or more nights and you'll see a weekly rate, with a larger discount for monthly stays. The price you see already includes any discount that applies.
How do I book, and when am I charged?
Pick your dates on any stay and send a booking request. We'll confirm availability and the details with you directly. You won't be charged anything by requesting, your host confirms each booking personally.
How quickly will I hear back?
We typically reply within a couple of hours. For anything time-sensitive, mention it in your message and we'll prioritize it.
