House rules

Our homes sit in real residential neighborhoods, and a few simple rules keep them comfortable for you and respectful of the people next door. Booking a stay means agreeing to the following.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Luggage may be dropped inside the unit after 1 PM and left after check-out for later pickup.
• Early check-in and late check-out are not available, so our cleaners have the full turnover window.

Occupancy

• Please do not exceed the maximum guest count listed for your home.
• The reservation holder must be present for the stay.

No parties or events

• Parties, events, and gatherings beyond your registered guests are not permitted.
• Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a considerate level.

Smoking

• All homes are completely smoke-free, indoors and out, including patios and yards.
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and cannabis.

Pets

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $30 fee for dogs.
• Please tell us the breed and weight when you book.
• Service animals are always welcome at no charge.

Parking

• Each home's parking is described on its listing page.
• At our 1125 Sherman homes, Sherman Street is swept the third Friday of each month from 8 AM to 12 PM. Move your car off that block beforehand to avoid a ticket.

Care of the home

• Please treat the home as you would your own and report any issue right away so we can fix it.
• Lock up when you leave, and keep shared spaces tidy at properties with more than one unit.
